01What this policy covers
This policy explains what Armor Shine Exterior Cleaning ("Armor Shine", "we", "us") does with information collected through armorshinedfw.com. It applies to this website and to quote requests submitted through it.
We are a residential exterior cleaning company. We collect the minimum we need to quote and perform work, and we do not sell information about you to anyone.
02What we collect
Information you give us: your name, phone number, service address or ZIP code, the services you are interested in, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, approximate home size, how you heard about us, and anything you write in the message field.
Information collected automatically: our hosting provider records standard server request data, including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site running, not to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any government identification through this website.
03How we use it
To respond to your quote request, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and contact you about a job in progress.
To keep records of work performed at a property, which is what lets us tell you what was done last time and what a surface needs now.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list from a quote request without telling you.
04Who we share it with
Service providers who make the site work: our web host and the service that delivers form submissions to us. They process the data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Legal requirements: if we are required by law, subpoena, or court order to disclose information, we will comply.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with lead-resale networks or other contractors.
05Analytics and cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party ad trackers.
If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, it will be named here before it goes live, along with what it measures. Your browser may still store standard technical data required to load pages.
06How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years so we can recognize you if you come back, then deleted.
Records of completed work are kept for as long as we are in business and as long as tax and insurance requirements demand.
07Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (214) 668-5907 and tell us what you want done. We will confirm your identity in a reasonable way before acting on a deletion request.
Texas residents: as of this writing, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to businesses above certain thresholds that we do not meet. We honor these requests anyway.
If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
08Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to quote information to the people who need it to do the work.
No system is perfectly secure. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial details through the contact form — we never need them.
09Children's information
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, call us and we will delete it.
10Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. Material changes will be described at the top of this page.
Questions about this policy: call (214) 668-5907, or write to us at our Grapevine, TX address.
