We work within about 25 miles of Grapevine. That is close enough to get to you the same week, close enough to come back if something needs correcting, and small enough that we actually know what the water and the soil do to a house on your street.

The radius
Why we do not cover the whole metroplex
Any pressure washing company can put forty cities on a map. Staying inside a real radius is a service decision, not a marketing one: a truck that is forty-five minutes away in traffic is a truck that cannot come back tomorrow to re-rinse a wall.
It also makes the work better. Water hardness, soil, tree cover, and the age of the housing stock change noticeably between Argyle and south Fort Worth. Working the same ground repeatedly means we already know what a 1990s Colleyville brick does when it is soft washed, and what Westlake’s limestone will not tolerate.

Call anyway. If you are in Justin, Haslet, Bedford, Euless, Lewisville, or Northlake, there is a good chance we are already working near you that week. If we cannot get there, we will say so on the phone instead of booking you and rescheduling twice.
